Greetings!

I’m Nalini, the Program Manager with Dr. Peters and I shall help you through the process of booking your surgery with us. I will assist you with answering initial queries, your travel preparations, your transfer from the airport,visit to the hospital and follow-up care, till your return journey.

As you would be travelling overseas for the surgery and must be having many queries in this regard. The following FAQ’s will address most of them:

  1. How do I book my surgery? After confirmation of a mutually agreed date, we would request you to transfer 50% of the surgery fees as advance deposit which will help us confirm the surgery slot for you on that date. The remaining funds can be paid on the day of admission before the surgery.
  2. How do I get a medical visa? We will provide you with the necessary visa invite after the doctor has reviewed your reports and suggested the treatment.
  3. How do I reach the hospital once I arrive at the airport? We would arrange for a complimentary transfer between the airport and the hospital. At the Airport, our travel associate from the hospital/clinic will receive you with a placard with your name on it.
  4. How far is the hospital from the airport? We operate from three different hospitals; the usual airport to hospital traveling time is 30 minutes but may be more at times due to traffic conditions.
  5. Who should I meet once I reach the hospital? When you reach the hospital, you will be escorted to the international patient lounge and one of our staff will help you with the admission process.
  6. Will I get a confirmation after my advance payment? Yes, you will receive a confirmation email from us for the same.
  7. Would my attendant get an accommodation while I’m admitted in the hospital? Your attendant would stay with you while you are in the hospital and it will be our pleasure to provide them with complimentary meals.
  8. How do I arrange for an accommodation after my discharge from the hospital?We will help in arranging a hotel for you preferably close to the hospital. We can arrange for a 3 star, 4 star or 5 star hotel as per your preference.
  9. Can we get help in arranging local tours?We can arrange sightseeing tours for you locally or across the country as per your convenience and the number of days you stay in the country.
  10. Can a chauffeur-driven car be arranged while we are in the country?We would be happy to help you with that too. Chauffeur-driven car can be arranged at an extra cost. Uber facility is also available across the country.
